A - If the "covered" option is selected the Apple logo will not show on the back of the device. If the "exposed" option is chosen the Apple logo will be cut around and displayed on the device.

Q - Why doesn't my tracking number work?
A - First Class International Mail does not provide traditional tracking, and is rarely updated. You do however receive a Customs ID# (starting with LN) with your confirmation email that your item has been shipped. Do not be alarmed if your LN# states "there is no record of this item", this is normal and does not indicate that your order has not been shipped, or is lost.
Q - Do I have to pay customs fees?
A - Additional duty, taxes VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by a country, or the carrier, are the customer's responsibility to pay separately. iCarbons has no control over, or involvement, with these fees.
Q - How hard is it to install?
A - We have spent countless hours perfecting our skins to make them practically "lay themselves in place". We have also made "how to install" videos for all of our products to guide you through the process.
Q - Can I install the iCarbons Skin on top of my existing screen protector?
A - Yes, but be very careful when installing over a screen protector because the iCarbon Skin has a very strong adhesive and can possibly pull the screen protector away if your iCarbon Skin needs to be adjusted. For a simpler solution we recommend buying a universal screen protector and cutting it to fit inside the iCarbons skin.
Q - My iCarbons skin is bent coming out of the package...what do I do?
A - This is not a problem! Once placed on the device itself any bends or bubbles will smooth right out.
Q - What if there is no installation video for my product?
A - If your device is flat, just peel and stick the skin, aligning it with the device. If it has rounded corners or seems to not want to go down, follow the iPad 2 instructions and the advanced corner techniques video to see how to use heat to form the film to the device.
RETURN / WARRANTY
Q - What is iCarbons Return Policy?
A - Uninstalled iCarbons kits with proof of purchase can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. For more information please visit our shipping page.
Q - What is iCarbons Warranty?
A - iCarbons guarantees all skins to be free from defects in both material and workmanship at the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any skins damaged by use or modification. In no case shall iCarbons liability exceed the original cost of the purchased kit. iCarbons has no control over the installation of the skin and thus no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damage resulting from improper installation by the end user.
Q - If I install the carbon skin and end up not liking the way it looks or feels is there a time frame within where I could send it back?
A - Due to the material we would be unable to reuse or reship it after installation and it be the same quality as it was when originally cut, because of this once the kit has been installed, we are unable to accept anything back.
Q - Can a gift card be used more than once?
A - Yes, provided their is still a balance remaining on the card.
Q - Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
